Cabinet Outlet Depot was the best decision we made for our new condo renovation. Shaun took us 'under his wing' and made many outstanding suggestions re placement, new concepts, etc. Our cabinets were delivered on time, and installed perfectly. Shaun's suggestions have turned out to be invaluable, as we have a galley kitchen and small dinette. He even designed a 'coffee corner' for us for the dinette which is phenomenal, and right up to date with the latest in kitchen trends. I would not hesitate to recommend this organization and Shaun to anyone of any budget. In fact, if folks don't at least go in and get a design they deserve to pay outlandish prices for an inferior product. Cabinet Outlet Depot are THE BEST !!!!

Townhouse is 35 years old total gut of kitchen met Cabinet Outlet at home show then went to showroom meet with Shaun told him our ideas and what we wanted. Shaun came up with a great design with his help picked out style and hardware we had more drawers then I think most kitchens soft close doors all over. Ordered the cabinets they came on time which was great because I had other trades coming into the kitchen to do their work. The quality is outstanding the price was what we had budgeted for. Our kitchen is very functional and we have had rave reviews from everyone. Shaun also put us in touch with other people to make it easier the tile company and an installer. Very helpful. Barb and I could not be happier with our great kitchen.

Shaun at COD is the best! He designed our kitchen to be functional and beautiful. He knows how to take proper measurements and ordered the cabinets perfectly. Shaun suggested the best countertops and backsplash to suit our family needs. He also recommended a reliable and affordable installer.

Shaun definitely knows kitchens and bathrooms and I would not hesitate to recommend him to all.

The employee its knowledgable but beware they have a deal with contractors so the word " depot" makes you think you are getting a good deal. Not a fancy place at all! Contracted the job and paid a deposit and after the deposit the employee called me in secret to tell me that she had made a mistake and was extremely sorry..it was actually a big mistake $$. she could get fired. Original price just seemed too low. So I agreed. I now realized after problems with delivery and others issues and her excuses and lack of professionalism could be just the way they operate. My cabinets were installed today and they are not 100%. My installer claims that some of the cabinets are standard sizes and not custom made. I was told I was paying for a custom made kitchen !! They do make sure you get paid the day before delivery!! dont bother plenty of places to go and get your cabinets. I did not save that much money by going to a "kitchen contractor" I will complain with the owners but I do not recommend this place.

We had gone in to get our kitchen cabinets w/ them because of referral from our contractor... I am giving 1 star because Cabinets are very nice but horrible service... The designer don't even listen to Us.. She keep changing our design the way she wants it ,even after our installer talked to her .. She changed back to the way she wants it ... Everything is delayed because she keep changing n fixing it before we even put in the order... Now there is damage w/ cabinet on delivery which we sent pic to the designer right away ... We called a few times n she told us she ORDERED replacement for us .. Two weeks later ... We called AND the order HASNT PUT in yet ... We went and complain to manager/owner about their "designer ".. Instead of apologizing, she implied that I could be "l-y-i-n-g" and said I can't get along with her employee ...N she asked me "what do you want me to do about it? " DONT ask me that .. I don't own that company .. ask yourself... If you are in customer service business "Pls learn the manner first ... Like "sorry" and not giving excuses for everything your employee messed up...

We purchased a resale home and the kitchen is outdated. We called them for the quotation and as the advice is good so we let them do the work. The cabinet come out more than we expected and the installation is no doubt good

After many years living with a kitchen that was not only out dated but not really functional - as very little counter space or cupboards - we took the plunge! We are so pleased with our new kitchen - Cabinet Outlet Depot really came through - the installers were wonderful, punctual and followed up making sure all was 100%. Our designer Brandi was great - she knew what we wanted/needed and her design covered all we required and more. We not only got our dream kitchen but we got a quality product and wonderful service.
