Do Not Honor Warranty - Poor Service - Nasty Owner

Stay away from this company!!
They refused to honor their warranty after my vacuum quit working shortly after it was incorrectly serviced. For the past 10 years when I took my rainbow in for servicing to other vacuum places, they always lubricated engine and other parts as part of the servicing. This outfit only cleaned behind the separator and nothing more! (I could have done that) After receiving the vacuum back, it was constantly running hot. The owner tried to say there was no correlation and is very rude and unpleasant!!
