Worked with the sales staff to find the right appliances as they were odd sized and had to be special ordered. They were on the ball and it all came together before the holiday.

I purchased a bedroom suite from Sears in Edmonton. They delivered it on time, and set up the bed for me even though the set up was not included as part of their service. I was very pleased with thie extra service and the efficiency of the delivery team

I bought some home staff with my fiends, I have just moved to this city, so I need to buy microwave, dish, blanket. Because sears is closed to my home, it is convince to buy. the quality and the price is good for me. Actually, I am satisfied with shopping experience of sears.

Our home had a 15-yr old Maytag dishwasher that still worked but wasn't cleaning the dishes very well. We researched different brands and decided to go with Kenmore based on reviews, cost, and reliability. We bought the Kenmore Elite HE dishwasher and it's so quiet we often forget that it's on - the old one was really noisy!! It uses very little water, does an excellent job cleaning the dishes and it hasn't required any servicing to date after a couple of years of frequent use. We used our own plumber to install it as it was replaced during a major renovation.

Very very polite was very honest in telling us our furnace was in great condition. Did not try and sell anything that was not needed to maintaine our furnace. I have told friends and family about Mark and will be using him in the future if anything happens to there furnaces.
