Fireplaces review in

Sales was good, install was good - however, their knowledge of their products and inspection requirements was really bad. Had to reframe 3 times - 1st time based on their information, 2nd time they changed their story and 3rd time the installer said the sales folks were wrong. I had called 5 times in advance to double check the clearance requirements and the framing requirements - somehow they never remembered the fireplace was being installed in a cabinet and not being left out open without sides or top. I was told to put a ceramic mantel to fix the situation rather than admitting they didn't give me the correct info.
