My boyfriend and I went house shopping one night in January and came across Excel homes as the last stop to our house shopping. We met Marika the Heartland Sales manager and she let us in the Edenedale 2 home. We opened the door and immediately fell in love with the house. We talked to Marika about the house since she was quite knowledgable about the product and was willing to help work within our budget. Before we knew it we were putting a deposit down that night to show we were serious. We decided to build the house in January but wanted it to be doe for Dec 2016 since we needed time to pay the down payment. Excel worked with us through the months and always gave great weekly updates on the progress of our house. Everything was done is a timely fashion and the customer service was been impeccable from Charla and Marika. We finally got to move into our dream home on Nov 14 and we are in LOVE with our new home! The whole Excel team and the builders were nothing but amazing and respectful of our new home. Living in our dream home we have had no issues with any of the appliances or anything breaking down. Everything that needed to be touched up was done immediately. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and we owe the many thanks to Excel, especially Marika and Charla for all there help with the house.

She made us feel so welcome with our questions and inquiries. When we made our decision to purchase our house with Excel, we know we found one of the best.
