Aiden did a tune up for our furnace. He was friendly, helpful and on time. Very professional service and much appreciated.

The annual maintenance inspections of my furnace, humidifier and hot water heater were conducted by Aiden on March 18/24. The service he provided was outstanding; he arrived at the appointed time and carried out the inspections in a careful and professional manner. He took the required time to be thorough and he answered all of my questions in a clear, concise manner.

He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and I feel confident that my furnace, humidifier and hot water heater were inspected properly and are all in good working order.

This company installed a furnace in our home 16 years ago and we are having to have a new one installed this week because it was not balanced properly, the ducting wasn't done right which stressed out the unit, which then entirely rusted it out and caused a low level carbon monoxide poisoning for some undetermined period of time. We had to wake up people in the basement when the alarm went off to ensure they were safe. The original cost was more then than it is today to replace, so not good value either. Avoid this company. They aren't a good choice.

Mike and Amrinder showed up a few minutes earlier than expected, a pleasant rarity. They promptly got to work replacing our furnace and installing a new air-conditioned. They kept us updated all day during the process. The crew size expanded to 5 techs at one point. When all was said and done we had a new furnace and an air conditioner. GREAT JOB!

Had a bathtub faucet leak. Technician said it was a canister problem but because the faucet was over 10 years old, couldn't find a canister to replace so recommended a total change out that would have cost $650 not including the cost of the faucet and canister. I found a canister on Amazon, ordered it, and than they came back and put it in. Soon after the faucet was leaking again. Second technician came out and said had to replace whole thing as canister had failed (because Amazon stuff is unreliable).and of course it 'wasn't their fault). I found another plumber who determined it was not a canister problem - the springs and seats needed replacing (a minor problem and only pennies to replay except for the call out cost of course). Hasn't leaked since.

Was told the price would be $125 for someone to come out and look at the furnace then they would discuss parts and labour. I wasn't able to see them and my wife let them in. They said the furnace would need to be replaced then charged $260 for a 15 minute check.

Dustin/Tayvin did a great job. On time, kept us informed and cleaned up. Would use again and would recommend to others.
