On the hottest day in Edmonton's history and on top of that was the July 1st holiday, Rob's answered our call for service by 8:00 a.m. and the service rep (Josh) was at our house within the hour and had things up and running again within a very short period of time.
Respectful and fast and efficient service, I would recommend them to anyone
