These guys are not reputable. I trusted them for our install and service. I had an issue with the condensate pump one day and quickly called them in to have a look. After an hour of assessment the recommendation was for a new pump for $350. Something did not seem right so after about 5 min on Youtube and 2 min looking at the pump it was obvious the check valve was broken. Part costs $6 on amazon and they wanted to charge me $200 for the initial visit plus another $350 for a new pump that I did not need. If you are looking for someone you can trust look elsewhere.
