Helge did a fantastic job with our fireplace! That poor thing was a mess...hadn't been touched in years. Now it looks like new. He was very knowledgeable and taught me how to use it efficiently. Highly recommended!

Our furnace was acting up and only working intermittently. They came very quickly even though it was after hours. They very quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted the cost of maintenance and had everything fixed up in under an hour. Best of all, he even tuned up my furnace a bit for me and now it's running like new.

We placed an emergency call to Abbey AIr Service at 0930 on Tuesday Jan 24th as our Furnance was not producing any heat.
The receptionist showed empathy and actually juggled the service tech schedule and advised we would have a tech at our house at 1030! She then called just to let us know the tech was on his way!
Customer service WOW! The tech arrived on time, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable and fixed the problem within an hour! Customer service WOW!

Jay and Adam are fantastic. They are extremely professional and efficient with their jobs. They arrived on time and work diligently to complete the job. They even had to problem solve a few times that really displayed their understanding of the job and the fact that they truly are experts at this.
I would totally recommend Abbey Air to anyone. Especially if all their employees are as well mannered and professions as Jay and Adam.

Furnace was replaced. Both the person were extremely good. Jay was expert in his field.

I have had Abbey Air out to service my furnace and a/c for 3 years in a row now. Mostly great experience. I had a couple of guys come out who couldn't seem to resolve a noise issue and now I always ask for Helge and I give him and his service a 10 out of 10 - he is reliable, knowledgeable, helpful - and solved the noise issue when 2 others could not. Abbey Air - you should use him to mentor and teach others coming into the business - he really knows what he's doing. This is a good company. Overall I find them very reliable and responsive as well as fair and reasonable in their pricing. I highly recommend them.
