My 95 year old mother had her chair and foot stool done. In the store the owner stated that it shouldn't cost more than $1000. When he got to Mom's house he tacked on all kinds of extra charges and brought it up to $1500.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, until the items are actually inspected, we can only give "ball park" quotes in the store. Many issues can be hidden, for example, broken springs, more complicated styles than described, frame repairs that may need to be done.
