My 95 year old mother had her chair and foot stool done. In the store the owner stated that it shouldn't cost more than $1000. When he got to Mom's house he tacked on all kinds of extra charges and brought it up to $1500.

When we required blinds for a bathroom and dining room bay window we chose Glenwood Draperies Limited & Interiors. The sales agent Louis was most knowledgeable and helpful. When after some delay we supplied him with pictures and measurements, the product we had chosen in the store visit for the dining room could not be supplied in the form we wished. Louis suggested an alternative. As it was now mid-December we gave up all hope of having either product before Christmas. To our delight both arrived the weekend before our Christmas guests and were installed with relative ease and fit perfectly. The distance from the St. Mary's Street store to our rural Ontario location is approximately 375 km
