Replaced electric residential hot water heater; it was father and son working together, and both were courteous and professional. They also got the job done reasonably quickly and the old heater removed and the new one in place and running in a couple of hours. Three years later the heater still works and all of the solder joints are leak free, so no complaints there.

Austin and his team (sons) are great. Friendly, quick, to the point and save you money where they can. Installed everything in a timely manner and came back to check in on everything after a month. Also - the hilarious stories are a plus!

Really bad experience. He berated me and pretty much called me a untruthful about plumbing problems related to a new home. He never accepted responsibility for problems and insenuated that I was sabotaging my home and creating leaks. Stay away from this one and seek other plumbers...if you dont have a choice due to the contractor...keep an eye on everything.
