Dan did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He has been in the business a long time and his wealth of experience shows. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of the carpet cleaning business; he was prompt and efficient in his handling of the job; and the work was done thoroughly and meticulously. Dan does not solicit feedback for Homestars, however, since we found him on this site we felt motivated to let others know about our experience.

Needing to clean the carpets on our recently purchased 60's-era house, we contacted a few companies for a quote. Not necessarily the cheapest, Dan was the most knowledgable, and as such we chose to go with him. He was prompt, kind, knowledgable, and efficient. Everything was what we expected and I will be recommending him to others.

I contacted Dan after reading such positive reviews. He arrived a few minutes early. He let us add stairs and rooms which we decided last minute to do beside the LR, DR and Fam room we originally contacted him for. He was able to remove some stains we thought would never come out. Our carpet is 17 years old and looks amazing. There were a few stains which reappeared in the Dining room. Dan returned a few days later and they are no longer visible. Our satisfaction was his highest priority. He was very pleasant to deal with and we will highly recommend him
