We had our windows done about 6 years ago. At the time, we had asked if there was any preparation we had to do prior to the replacement. They've said that nothing is needed and they will clean if any mess. I had my 2 month old son at the time. I have left the house for the day, and came back in the afternoon. I was in a disbelief: the inside of the house was covered with sawdust. It was literally everywhere. I was beyond upset. They have "cleaned" the area where they were cutting window frames (inside the house!!!!) and that was the extent. The problems did not stop there. Every single year since then we've had to replace approximately 2 window panels due to seal being broken. The windows we have are " quality pro 2007". Our warranty is 10 years. This year I have called again since we have 2 panels that need to be replaced. I have left about 15 voice mails, but have not had the reply. The customer service rep ( the one that answers the phone) was usually very helpful and kind. This time none is answering the phone nor returning my voice mails.
All I can say is be beware!
