The Carpet Palace

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with George; owner of Carpet Palace, on our recent project. Six years ago we used Carpet Palace to install hardwood throughout our home. For this project we consulted with George and he was able to guide us in choosing the area rugs for 3 rooms. carpet for both staircases and vinyl tiles for our kitchen and bathroom. We love the result!! The installers were prompt and courteous and worked diligently to finish the job professionally and in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Carpet Palace to our friends and family!

The Carpet Palace was recommended to me by a friend. I was looking for a flooring company that could completely remove and reinstall new flooring for one of my rental apartments in Toronto.
Bill responded to my inquiry in a timely fashion and answered all my questions and provided very useful ideas and design recommendations. Bill's professionalism was the deciding factor in me awarding his company the contract.
The installation was done exactly on time as promised. The installers were clearly experts in their trade and the end result exceeded all my expectations. Bill personally went out of his way to deliver materials in advance for painting, checked up on the installers during the process and even asked them to fix some things to meet his high quality standards. I have no hesitation in recommending The Carpet Palace for all your flooring needs.

We had arranged to have the two bedrooms in our condo carpeted by Carpet Palace. Through no fault of the vendor, the date for our install had to be changed. They were very accommodating about this and despite having an earlier job run late, the two installers arrived at our condo ready to do the job at 4 pm on the rescheduled date. They worked without a break until almost 8 pm and did an amazing job. The quality of the carpet and the installation were excellent. This is not the first time we have used Carpet Palace, and will not be the last. Thank you George.

As always, Carpet Palace did an amazing job for us. They were always helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. The gentlemen doing the installation did fabulous work and we are beyond thrilled with our new floors.

They replaced my moms carpet in her bedroom in her retirement home. Efficient and quick. Moved and replaced all furniture and even put on her bed skirt and mattress pad back on when putting the bed back together. She was extremely pleased with the work done Looks excellent!!

We went to Carpet Palace looking for flooring for our basement and den. The store is large with a great selection and hundreds of samples on display. The staff are very friendly. Bill took care of measuring, quoting and coordinating the entire process. He was great to deal with. The installers were very professional, efficient and friendly! From the moment I walked in to the Carpet Palace I knew I would be purchasing my carpet with this company. Bill was eager to help and answered all our questions. The install was delayed due to Covid but I was made aware of the delay well in advance. We were able to reschedule and the install went better than anticipated. The installer and his helper were on time and very professional. There was no wall or baseboard damage. A big plus. We also purchased an area rug which was delivered with the carpet. Bill went out of his to make sure the carpet was delivered and when he was told they forgot the underpad he brought it to our home. That is customer service. I would highly recommend this company a great google find. Tks again
