The guys who did the installation were top of the heap. Professional, clean and very very good at their job. Carpet Palace office guys were great, accurate and careful with details. Nobody should worry about the care and product they'll receive. The only negative we have is that the Carpet Palace wouldn't take back the 3 boxes of extra hardwood we paid for. i contacted Vintage Flooring to handle it myself and they said they'd only deal with Carpet Palace. Now I have 3 boxes of useless hardwood someone else could use.
Beautiful job though...we're very very happy with the experience.

Our top goal is making sure all of our clients are satisfied with the finished product and the overall service they receive from us. Unfortunately, we can't take boxes back to use on other projects as it would be from a different batch and wouldn't necessarily blend with the next order we place for a new client. We really hope you understand and do recommend holding onto those boxes for any future repairs / services you may need to complete.
