Runner installation on split stairs
We purchased a runner for our stairs at carpet palace on including- to say that we are happy is an understatement. Walking into the store we were promptly greeted and attended to
We told the young man helping us what we were looking for, he was very knowledgable and was able to offer us several suggestions.
Long story short we are beyond happy, the installation crew were very professional and even cleaned up afterwards
Later in the evening the owner called us to ensure that we were happy- this is unheard of
We also purchased an awesome area rug for our living room
Thank you for the amazing service at a great price
