I recently had new windows and a sliding patio door installed by Kempenfelt and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The initial consultation with Ali was very informative. Ali was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain all aspects of what we were buying. The installation team of Ken, Pat, and Kegan were efficient and respectful of my property, the entire process was a breeze. They made sure to place drop cloths as soon as they arrived, ensured that we understood how to operate the new windows and patio door and cleaned up everything before they left. The quality of the windows and the workmanship of the installation were top-notch, and I can already feel a noticeable difference in the comfort of my home. I wanted to let everyone know how happy I am with Kempenfelt from sales, installation & the administration team(scheduling). I especially wanted to mention the installation team as they were fabulous and worked extremely well as a team from removing the old to installing the new windows & clean up. They took their time to explain steps as I had questions and fully explained the operating procedure upon completion.

Ordered 11 windows and 1 front entrance door with transom 5 Jan 2022.

Installation was completed 15-16 Jul 2022. Price was competitive, crew arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable.

We were renovating our basement and our windows were very old and leaking air and couldn’t be opened or even cleaned. We chose Kempenfelt Windows & Doors on the recommendation of a friend and their many positive reviews. They attended and took measurements and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. The windows were installed and they are beautiful. All employees were polite and considerate and great to deal with. I highly recommend Kempenfelt Windows and Doors.

Although we only replaced two windows in the garage we were really pleased with both the windows and the service. All interactions with this company were professional and friendly and that goes for office staff as well as the installers. We are planning on getting new front doors and sidelights as well as new garage doors next year and will definitely be using Kempenfelt Windows and Doors at that time.
