Carpet & Rug Cleaning & Repairing review in

I had 24 stairs cleaned, the fellow was extremely pleasant and friendly, however he did a poor job. I appreciate that my stairs may be difficult to clean as 12 of them are open, and 12 are closed in, however, the stairs still show dirt and particularly on the edges! He was at my house a total of 20 minutes. Seems maybe in a bit of a hurry?
