About 3 years ago, I used Joel to supply and install window coverings in a couple of high-end rental units that I manage in downtown toronto (including a loft unit with 18 foot ceilings). He was very professional to deal with -- he always showed up when he said he would, and he kept me informed on the status of the order.
His after-sales service is also fantastic. A couple of years after installation, one of the remote-controlled blinds was not working. Joel helped me out by walking me through the process of checking the cause, identifying that it was just a battery that needed to be changed, and helped explain how to replace the battery.
I would definitely use Joel and Dolan Window Coverings again and would recommend him without hesitation.
