Martin was prompt, courteous & extremely professional. He not only pinpointed the problem but also took the time to explain his findings & how he eliminated the other possibilities. I highly recommend using Martin for any appliance related issues & will definitely use him again when we have any issues. His attitude/pricing were in stark contrast to a certain major appliance store where we had made our original purchase of this fridge 5 years ago....Thanks Penguin Appliances
