My stove is still under warranty so there was not a charge. Hot air from the oven while cooking comes out from the door and leaves a discoloured patch on the counter. It is the same colour as the hot air that is vented from the oven. The repair person blamed the design of the JennAir door and told me that the seal requires maintenance. The maintenance that he suggested was to press the seal around the stove opening. This is a first. Ive never heard of such a thing. He did a lot of talking I believe to justify his time.
