Home Windows & Doors

Brown Window just supplied me with my windows and doors for a high end custom home in Vaughan. I couldn't be more satisfied. The product Brown Window supplied me with was amazing and the service from them was smooth. Got the windows exactly when I was told with out any delays. I also ordered two Vista Patio 4 panel sliding doors for my eating area and downstairs walk out from my basement through them also. The action on this sliding door is perfect. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new window replacement or new build.

New Home Construction

Recently built my own home and I ordered my windows from Brown Window Corp. It was a very high end project and I'm very happy I went with Brown, as the finished product looks fantastic and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend this company especially for high end home construction.

window replacement

We used Brown Windows to replace all of the windows in the front of the house. Over half of them became foggy between the two panes within 5 years. The rep came out promptly when called and confirmed that the seal is defective. Since they had a lifetime warranty, they will replace the window units for free. But they want to charge labor to replace them. Really?! I pointed out that they wouldn't need to be replaced if they weren't defective in the first place. But he said it's company policy. I'm disappointed in the quality and in their willingness to fully stand behind the product.

Windows for a new home

My contractor used Brown Windows for our residential construction project in Toronto. My builder paid in full for all our windows, including screens and cranks, and the company is in the process of delivering the screens to the house. We are satisfied with the quality of the windows themselves, and we look forward to finalizing the installation of the screens with the company shortly.

windows

I purchased windows for our new renovations from Brown Windows. Everything appeared to be working well except I had to replace locking systems as they broke due to the flimsy springs they used. Fast forward 5 year and and windows seals start to break and we see condensation inside the double pane windows. I called customer service only to be told there is a warranty period and they could do nothing about the problem. Remember I paid 6K for a few back windows and sliding doors. I could not believe they would not stand behind their product. I expressed my displeasure and asked if 5 years was the lifetime for their windows. They repeated that they had a guarantee. I said there were companies that had lifetime guarantees and that windows should last longer than 5 years. Their response was that "lifetime guarantee companies" do not survive. I am surprised Browns Windows is surviving. They gave me a name of a repairman that I should pay to fix the problem with their substandard windows. Currently have 2 large windows that are totally destroyed. They offered no help......very very poor service. Review the company before you purchase.. I would definitely not recommend this company.
