I am late sending this review but I wanted to say how pleased I was with the replacement of my windows and front door. David the salesman was fantastic and the installers did a great job. The cost was reasonable.

Had Becker Windows replace 12 windows, one door and a patio door around three years ago. Found them to be excellent from the sales and installation aspects. Decided to use them to replace the last 5 windows in my house. Wasn't disappointed. Service and quality still excellent. Would highly recommend this company.

After reviewing many quotes to replace our up-stair windows, we chose Becker Windows because of quality, warranty, honesty and price. Although they weren’t the cheapest, I felt I was getting the best bang for our buck. We initially dealt with Alex, who is very personable and professional. He could have sold us a more expensive product, but was clear that it was unnecessary. The install team was the same; very courteous, careful and efficient while they worked, but also very personable. The entire team was delightful to deal with. Windows all around the house, large bay in the front, replaced aluminum, and some wood underneath which had rotted out. Great job, on time, installers were professional and cleaned up.

We used this company’s services 3 times, the most recent of which was in 2018 when we had 2 doors (front and patio) and 2 large windows installed. As always, they responded promptly to the request and worked well and fast. We are very pleased with the service and love our Becker windows and doors.

Becker did our windows and doors last year. They were very helpful and polite from getting the initial quote to the final installation. They were clean, cheerful and on time. Had new windows installed in the entire house last summer. We are very happy with completed work. The sales representative was very knowledgeable which helped us to make the appropriate decision. After completion he returned to the house to confirm that we are satisfied with the work. We also noted that it was very easy to contact him if needed. We should also mention that the installation date was kept. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

We couldn’t be happier with our new Becker windows and front door. The customer service was exceptional, from our first call through to the installation. We really appreciated Serge’s honesty and the time he spent explaining everything. He was always prompt and professional. We had another company quote on the job and ultimately we picked Becker for how comfortable we felt with Serge and that the company is all Canadian. Delivery and installation happened when expected and the guys took great care to leave the property as clean as they found it. We did a dramatic change and went from white to an espresso colour with gorgeous results. It has modernized the house and taken it out of 90’s.
