Office responded within 24 hours of our request for pricing, came to the house the following day, provided plenty of notice in advance of the actual installation for our 20+ windows, and Danny and Kosta did a professional job from removing the old windows, clean-up of the property, installation and caulking all first class. Met with our expectations in every regard, including attending to only 1 very minor issue which Becker responded to quickly and efficiently. I normally do not write reviews, but the company lived up to its reputation and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality windows, at fair market prices. Thank you Becker!
