Don't know what they are doing!
I used Marcon years ago for a bathroom reno; they only used one contractor. Fatima helped me choose everything and she was not knowledgeable at all. Sold me a tile for the floor that is supposed to be used for the wall. It had lots of grout and is now filthy looking. The contractor had his father do the work because he was on holidays and he installed some of the tile sideways. The caulking leaked in the shower and discoloured my marble. I went back for a marble backsplash tile and I was concerned that the grout would discolour behind the sink. I was concerned that the grout would discolour. I was assured that it wouldn't. Guess what? Sometimes it takes time before you see all the mistakes. (Let's not even discuss the low-flush toilet!) Ordered a sink where the counter would come over the edges and the company who cut the countertop cut it so that they had to caulk the sink. So now I am stuck with a grimy sink around the edges. Would never recommend!
