I added a new Rogers modem to upgrade home internet. This hardware upgrade interrupted the remote App IVMS-4500 to allow me to check the house. I contacted Amancom by email and received a quick response that they would be able to assist me. I was able to choose to have someone to come to the house or to have phone assistance to correct the issue. Moustafa was able to quickly walk me through the issues over the phone and get my App reset. I was very pleased with the quick response and support. He even helped me to update my App to get clearer images. I would highly recommend Amancom to those seeking a Home Security system. Their support is quick and thorough. Thanks Amancom.
