Very pleasant for the estimate, gave us a time frame of 3 weeks, 5 months later stated that it was too cold to install the windows in the fall (never called to let us know)- he also never ordered the windows and increased his previous quote by $800.00, in conclusion, he was just a little too sketchy to hire for the job- couldn't rely on Mr. Window man
