The service man arrived right on time but had a work order only for the furnace. He did clean the HRV but performed no checks on it. However I was charged for maintenance and cleaning. The furnace was completely checked out and cleaned. I think the cost for the furnace is OK but the cost to clean (only) the HRV was too high.

tThe Service Technician was polite, tidy, personable and very good at his job. The furnace has never ran so well. Technical information was provided as well as maintenace information. I couldn't ask for more.
