Planet Granite & Quartz - Out of Business

Found them online and saw that they were actually in my neighbourhood so I walked to their office. It’s a married couple that runs the company together and they’re both very helpful. I had quartz countertops installed and I’m very pleased with how they turned out. Everything was done right on time and perfectly measured. Had absolutely no problems and would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with this company. I hired them to install a client’s countertops in blue quartz. The installer was great and a pleasure to deal with. I had limited experience with the helpful people in the shop only because for the most part we corresponded by email. They gave the best quoted price and were very easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

Planet Granite was absolutely fantastic. We looked at a number of different companies beforehand, but this one came highly recommended so we decided to go with them. They did our entire kitchen countertop beautifully and all within the short time frame we had before Christmas. My wife is the one who dealt with the sales people directly, so I can’t remember the names of anyone but they were great. We’re very, very happy with our countertops and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys.

I’m a small general contractor and Planet Granite is the only granite company that I use. They do lots of kitchen counters, vanities, bathroom counters etc for me. I think they are fantastic. They do an awesome job every time, they’re super fast and they are just good to work with in general. Everyone from the company has been great and I always recommend them.

My kitchen counters were done by Planet Granite. I found them online. The workers were very professional for the install. A few weeks later I had an issues with 3 green spots that suddenly appeared on the joint. The company was responsive and treated the area multiple times (maybe 4) until the issue was resolved.
They are true professionals that stand behind their product. During the install they took every precautions to avoid having fine particles of dust spreading all over the house. I wish that all trades involved in our kitchen reno would have showed the same respect to our house.
I will not hesitate recommending them to anyone considering using granite in their renovation project.

We purchased our kitchen counter from them. For the installation, although it didn’t happen on time due to what they said was an emergency issue, their crew was great, very professional, we had no problems with them. In terms of the sales people, we actually had a hard time dealing with them. It took many, many visits with them for us to decide on what stone to get because they kept giving us conflicting information about what we had chosen. They gave us pros and cons for the materials, but they were indecisive themselves, making it more difficult for us to make decisions. Price-wise they were much cheaper than other quotes we had for the same stone, which is why we have recommended them to others. Overall, the price and installation is great, but the sales side could use some finesse.

We were very pleased with the service and cost of the countertops that were installed and would highly recommend Planet Granite to our friends. Purchased were quartz (2) bathroom countertops and a kitchen countertop. Meeta was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient in assisting us in selecting the right pieces for each room.
