Rip up tile on deck, replace plywood and then cover with vinyl

This company has no idea what customer service is. Working with them was a terrible experience. A small job that became a big ordeal when it didn't need to be. We had to chase them to finish the job and the workers are untidy, abrasive, unprofessional and poor at what they do.
