Based on a friends referral, we had contracted Bayfield Carpet to re-carpet our staircase. Upon entering the showroom I was greeted by Melissa who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain carpet quality, price and design options. Melissa came out to our home with her samples and helped choose not only the right carpet colour but also helped pick out countertop, backsplash, and ceramic tile schemes for our future renovations. We were in the process of gel staining our kitchen cabinets and were having difficulty with the apication and age helped to show us how to apply it properly!
Within the week, our custom ordered carpet arrived and Tony installed it beautifully, no more dirty old pink carpet, replaced with a lush brown modern one! Tony was on time, polite,friendly, and professional.
We are now returning to Bayfield Carpet for phase 2 of our renovations, looking forward to more exceptional service and quality products.
