My furnace quit in January. Gavin came out and quoted me on a new furnace. He was good, knowledgeable, and friendly. The installers were good. They were clean and friendly.

Our furnace was getting old and noisy, We knew that it was going to need to be replaced soon, then the blower went and that was the final straw. We had Italo out and he was excellent. He explained everything very well. The installers were very good. They cleaned up and explained everything before they left. Very professional.

High Efficiency Furnace

Our old furnace was faulty. Gavin gave us a quote and also said that the compagny would include the fee we paid to have the old furnace inspacted (we had to call the emergency service) into the total cost of the furnace. WE were even told we could borrow the heaters from Reliance. We were given a few options for the replacement. The installers were very good, quick and neat. Thumbs up!!!

My old water heater sprung a leak. Dave is an awesome person. 11 out of 10. He came when we needed him, even though it was not convenient for him. The installers left the area clean, though they did not leave the manual.

We had a 25 year old furnace. and AC unit. We felt that it was time to replace them. Reliance came out. Jamie , the salesperson, and the installers were extremely professional.The installers did a fabulous job. It is nice to deal with very qualified trades people. Outstanding job.

We would not hesitate using Reliance Superior again.

I had an old water heater and wanted to replace it. When the tankless was shown to me I liked the fact that it freed up space. Gerry was great when he came to my house. Explained the cost structure for the unit and the details of the install. Your installers were quick, efficient and left the area cleaner then it was when they showed up. They explained the operation of the unit before leaving. Very happy all around.

When I had my hot water tank switched, it was suggested that I had my furnace changed. Italo came to my house. He was really good and helpful. I wish he would have called before he came though. My installers were excellent. They were quiet and cleaned up after themselves. Overall excellent service and excellent product

I needed to replace my very old and very loud furnace. Gavin was awesome. He was informative and made sure we got the right equipment for our house. The installers were good. More then willing to answer all my question about what they were doing. Keep doing what you're doing Reliance Superior.

My furnace was burning out, so it was time to change it. My sales person Gerry was good. The installers were good. The only thing I would change is the timing of your sales so I could take advantage of them.

I decided to replace my furnace due to the age of it. Gavin was very good, he was the fifth person out to quote me. He was patient, polite, well dressed, and professional. Kudos to Nigel, He did a great job. Cleaned up some of the sheet metal. The inspector said he had never seen such a good job.
