Jose came out to check our furnace. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Told us our options and we decided to hear what a salesman had to say about purchasing a new furnace. Neil came to our home promptly (which we appreciated as we had another place to be shortly after). He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He thoroughly explained our options. We are having the new furnace AND hot water tank installed tomorrow morning!
