I recently had my kitchen completed by Hatfield's and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Tammy Hatfield will make promises she does not keep, the work is poor and corners are cut. She ordered the wrong items, she took money off our account without telling us, she did not coordinate anything, she would tell you one thing and then deny she said it later, and you had to battle with her to have anything completed. No one checked the work that was completed and several times we had to have them redo work or fixed things they damaged. She told us the process would take one week, and took almost half a year. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
