The Granite Shop

After doing lots of research we decided on the GRANITE SHOP. We soon discovered that this was a mistake. The product looked good but the service was terrible. The installers were disrespectfull after I asked them to put out their cigarette before entering my home. The countertop did not fit as expected and when I called the supervisor he would not call me back for almost 2 weeks. I was left with disconnected plumbing fixtures until they came to fix the issue. To top this off they also damaged my very expensive curtom cabinetery when installing the granite counters. And they would not take responsability for the damage, leaving me to pay to replace my damaged cabinet doors. I do not recommend this ompany.
Don't waist your money and spare the stress on your family go buy somewhere else. Feng Liu Ottawa.

staff so freindly and knowldgeable about what kind of granite to chose and to be suitable for my kitchen color and design ,in 2 week they measure my kichen and made beautiful topper counter black galaxcy it is stunning.

After visting many granite companies in Ottawa we settled on the granite shop. They are very helpful and friendly and knowledgable.
Peter came out and measured our kitchen countertops explaining exactly what they would be doing he made us feel very confident in our choice. The granite tops arrived after about two weeks three workment carried them in and fitted them taking great care in blending the one join and polishing each piece. They explained how to take care of our new granite tops and said if there were any problems to call them. We have now had them 18 months and are very happy with them.

They have a very large wearhouse and a large show room they have made it very easy to deal with them. Instellation was a breeze because the guy did an amazing job with the layout. mostly the job was done when they said it would be done. quick and easy.

they were helpful but not respectful of the time frame chosen; beautiful products,good price,did not do any follow up estimate close did follow with the original plan but not with the original/ chosen material
