My elderly parents bought a fridge here during the pandemic and the owner assured them that there is a 3 month exchange policy. The fridge they bought does not work properly. The fridge section is too cold and freezes all vegetables/milk. I've tried all settings and the fridge still freezes everything. We contacted them within the first month, they were unable to fix the fridge and are now saying they cannot exchange it "due to covid", which they CONVENIENTLY forgot to mention when my parents bought it. So my elderly parents have lost their money and are stuck with a broken fridge. KJN have no conscience. Save your money and peace of mind, buy your appliances elsewhere!
