Our Miele cappuccino machine stopped working and Jakob came out to look at it. He knew everything there was to know about the machine and quoted the cost to fix it. Upon opening it up it was significantly more damaged than originally thought and it was a big undertaking to clean it and replace all the damaged parts. Even though it took longer than originally thought, Jakob stood by his quote. He also replaced some of the original plastic parts with steel ones so that we won't have the same issues in the future. I would highly recommend Jakob for any Miele repairs and will definitely use him in the future.
