Fast, efficient install, high quality and met all my needs!
Our windows all over the house were very drafty, and made our old house really cold in the winters. We reached out to Arcana back in March based largely on their huge number of positive reviews online. We looked at a few other companies too, and Arcana's price was much lower and more reasonable (one provider's quote was double what we were quoted with Arcana.
Supply chain/COVID-19 issues delayed things till November, but we finally got our install yesterday. Took about 6 hours in total for 8 windows, pretty much every window in our house. The two gentlemen who did the install were clean, efficient, and courteous. The new windows look and feel great, and the draft problem is completely gone. My expectations have been exceeded and I highly recommend Arcana.
