I purchased a high end nylon carpet which was recommend by the owner that came with a ten year warranty. After only four years we are seeing major appearance issues, its just not standing up as stated. The carpet manufacturer rep even agreed it should be preforming better, and many months of back and forth they denied any warranty.

Horrible service from installers coming out earlier than scheduled, snooping through my fridge then asking for drink to installing WRONG
carpet and not willing to provide Manufactures warranty.....off to court :(

Alberta Carpet Centre was very helpful in providing me with my flooring needs. Their staff took the time to walk me through the selection process and I am very happy with the product.

We were very pleased with the service/price we received at the Alberta Carpet Center. We dealt with a salesman named Bhanu and he was very easy to deal with. Our carpet had to be ordered and it arrived when promised. The installers did a fantastic job and were very courteous. All in all this was a pleasant experience for us and we feel we received a quality product for a very good price.

Great variety of carpet and tiles, had everything in stock, and saved myself a crazy amount of money. Sales reps were very friendly and really knew their stuff. Would definitely recommend checking out Alberta Carpet !

We had them install the carpet in our newly developed basement. It was horrible.
First the team that was scheduled to install it went somewhere else: to install a commercial carpet. One individual came to install it on his own, my husband had to help him.
The carpet was not well tucked under the baseboards, and the seams start to show quickly and in some parts the carpet was coming off. We had another guy, who happened to be around doing some work for us, fix the mistakes the first installer did.
Few months after that we told the owner about it, he said they can fix it but he never cared to follow up.
I will never do business with them again based on my experience. I know someone who delay with them, they did a good job for them because they knew someone who was close friends with the owner.
I have decided to do the rest of my carpet installation through Costco.

We choose our carpet at their location an they came to our home and installed it in our basement and on the stairs. The installation guys were quick and efficient. The sales people were very friendly and helpful. Even though we weren't buying the most expensive carpet they still treated us well. Very impressed
