Horrible experience with this company.

Worst plumbing company I have ever used.
The job cost me twice as much, because I had to get another plumbing company in to fix all their mistakes.

Company owner John is extremely rude, and will not stand behind his men's work. Full of excuses.

Do yourself a favor and find another company,

Do not hire this plumbing company. It has been a long nightmare trying to work with these guys.
A month ago I sought their services to install a toilet and a sink in my downstairs bathroom.
They made an appointment during my lunch break when I could get home to come see the work. They were an hour late and I had to reschedule because I had to get back to work. Same thing happened A SECOND TIME. They made the third appointment and kept it.
They looked at the work, did the rough plumbing and did a decent job (thus the 1 star) but needed me to order a piece to install the toilet.
I got the piece two weeks ago and call them to arrange a time to come by. I left 2 contact numbers and an email address. Five days later, I still hadn't heard from them. I called again. They said they would call me back. They didn't contact me for 2 days and out of the blue in the middle of the work day they said they could come by right away but I needed to come unlock my door. I do not have the liberty of dropping everything and leaving work in the middle of the day. They then made an appointment for Thursday morning and told me to leave my back door open. I came home at the end of the day and they hadn't even showed up, or even given me a courtesy call to tell me why. I called THEM and made yet another appointment for this morning. He installed the sink and I came home at lunchtime to see that everything was going well, asking him if he needed anything as I would not be reachable for the afternoon as I was doing the Terry Fox Run. After the run, I looked at my phone and saw that I had 2 missed calls from the plumber. I called him back and he said that he hadn't installed the toilet because he needed clarification on something. This is AFTER I had already asked him if he needed anything. Now I am waiting another 3 days (at least; he still needs to confirm if he can even come in on Monday) before I can get the toilet installed.
This company is a nightmare to deal with; chose someone else.

Had an issue with plumbing in bathroom, they got it fixed fine. It bugs me that they charged hourly fee for the time where they didn't arrive yet? (On the road driving here)

I have been waiting for this plumber to come fix a problem at my home for weeks!

His amateur assistants came and thought the fixed it the problem but did not double check to see if the problem was resolved before they left.

Each time he was supposed to come to my home to fix the problem he cancels 2-3 hours ahead of time which is very unprofessional.

I work and do not have time for individual to cancel on me time and time again.

John will put himself before you and if your looking to book him make sure you book months in advance so he wont have an excuse to cancel.

Make sure he does the job right because he will also take your money whether he's done the job or not! -karma.

He arrived on site on time, which is not the usual experience that I have had in the past with other plumbers. His quoted price was not exceeded and he did an excellent job.
