Very efficient. They have a 3 hour minimum and I only needed them for 2. They were friendly and, since I had extra time, took the effort to connect the washer and dryer.
There was a $45 surcharge for fuel, which was no apparent when I hired them, and they drove a total of 13 kilometers between houses. I thought that was quite excessive, especially considering I had just paid them $110 for the hour that I didn't need. Might want to keep an eye on that.
