Whole home fire/flood restoration and reconstruction
Step one: tear-out of impacted interior finishes (drywall, flooring, electrical) after smoke and water damage. Whole house was professionally packed, stores or declared non-restorable. Titan worked closely with the homeowner and insurance adjuster.
Step two: replacement of hardwood flooring and LVT, complete house painting, replacement of exterior doors, re-wiring and electrical installations, plumbing (bathrooms) including replacement of toilets and tub, closet installation to replace lace mud room, new interior finishes in attached garage (location of original fire damage).
Step three: Kris Kasper inspected all work by Titan’s trades and sub-contractors to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
