Latitude Countertops

I hired Latitude Countertops to install two kitchen counters in two separate houses and was impressed with their service. The quality of the granite on the counters was exceptionally high and prices were quite reasonable when taking that into consideration, especially when comparing with other competitor prices. They were also very professional, which meant I could feel comfortable leaving them alone in the house to do the work without worry.

I do commercial renovations and hired Latitude Countertops to install a counter in a coffee shop I was working on. I found them to be a professional company and easy to work with. My only complaint is that the prices are a little on the high side, but at the same time they do produce quality work, so overall I am happy with their services.

I had Latitude Countertops install 3 counters - in the kitchen, powder room and main bathroom - and my only regret is not hiring them for my ensuite bath as well! They were very helpful in assisting in my decision making process, taking into account coordination with tiles and other decor coordination. Overall I just thought they were fantastic and professional from start to finish.

I had a great experience with Latitude Countertops after hiring them to install countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom of my home. Choosing the granite was made easy by the slabs made available for viewing in their showroom. Once decided on which counters I wanted someone was out to do measurements within a week and the installation was complete within two weeks. I found the service to be overall exceptional.

Latitude has a large variety of countertop options, but made the selection process very easy for me. My cottage is on an island and they came to my cottage, did the template and installed the countertop at my convenience. They've VERY easy to deal with.

After researching local options we landed on Latitude in Toronto. While we were originally attracted by the competitive pricing (our selection was on sale!) we were delighted with the friendly and competent sales assistance we received from Karen by e-mail and in person, the state of the art measurement/ templating/CNC, as well as the professional installation. The entire process was completed in less than 3 weeks. When we had a post-installation problem Latitude was there to support us as well.

We were very impressed with our experience with Latitude and would not hesitate to recommend this company for granite countertops.

Choosing the "right material" and "colour" to match our new kitchen cabinets, new floor tile, appliances and backsplash -and meet our budget constraints was made so much easier by the Team at Latitude - First of all, I was able to visit the site giving me a good appreciation for this company's commitment to "excellence" and "customer satisfaction" Kevin took the time to explain the various products and price points. What I got was "real - genuine" interest -not just smoke in mirrors. I was able to take samples home -YES! (some places don't allow it) and when we got totally confused, Kevin was there to nudge us in a direction that respected the look & feel we were aiming for. I visited many places in Toronto, many were top notch, but in the end Latitude delivered above and beyond - More---when the countertop is installed next week.

I used Latitude this summer to install a granite counter in my kitchen. The service was excellent. My counter was installed within a week of picking the slab. The installation went well and the install staff were professional and cleaned up after installation.
The only reason I gave an 8 is that they put one seam in the counter in the exact place I asked them not too, (directly under my window where it was more visible). The service person realized the mistake just after it was cut and they offered a reduced price or a replacement counter so I am happy they tried to keep me satisfied. Overall, I would use them again.

Leslie and the team at Latitude did a wonderful job with our new counter top. They worked hard to ensure our reno was completed on time.
It is so easy to clean, and always looks great! We've had a few months of family use and many gatherings, and our counter top has held up beautifully. Many of our guest have commented on it, and wished they had it in their kitchens.
