Kw Granite Counter Tops

I would like to tell consumers that we had a horrific time in dealing with KW Granite Countertops located at 100 Victoria St. N., Kitchener. They provided us with very poor service and did not stand behind their business, as we received the WRONG countertop and the installation was very poorly done. The business cont'd to deny it was the wrong counter until I was able to provide sound proof. This itself took over 6 months as they would not show up back in our home to review it. Once they finally did show up in our home to view, they admitted to it being wrong as well as the workmanship we received was done with many errors. They said they would replace the counter and install correctly, however, they wanted more money from us and we agreed to assist and pay only half, but they didn't even stand behind that. They avoided us instead and let it go.
