The owner of Lakeside Septic, for the second time, sent out a new driver to pump out our septic tank but did not tell the driver which tank was to be pumped out. We were not home at the time of pump out. When we arrived home my husband went and checked if indeed they had pumped out septic tank. That is when we discovered that they had pumped out our freshwater tank. I was justifiably angry. I demanded they return and pump out the actual septic tank. The owner sent out the same employee, the one who had pumped out the same tank. We found that the service of late has degraded and the owner seems to have an "I'm the only game in town" attitude. If you are the owner of the business and you don't bother to give the employee relevant information then it is up to you to rectify the situation to the customer's satisfaction. The last three pump outs we actually paid a little more than the $88.00 but as of yet we have not received the overpayment. The keeping of the overpaid monies is unprofessional and unethical.
