We contacted Watertite Waterproofers when we discovered water seeping into our basement during a winter thaw. Their knowledgeable staff helped us to understand what was happening and allowed us to develop a plan to rectify the situation once winter was over. Once the workmen were on site they completed the work efficiently and were extremely careful about both our property and our neighbours. Following completion of the job they were very responsive when we called to report that there was a depression in the ground as a result of a heavy rainstorm. They had alerted us to that possibility so we were not alarmed and very satisfied with their response.

After having a very negative experience with a different company, I was relieved to find a fair and honest company. The quote was very fair and the salesman took his time in explaining our options. I do believe we will be using this company for our future waterproof work. They are the “real deal”.

Barry and his team always kept the job site clean, safe, and cheerful. The work proceeded smoothly, efficiently and carefully, and the finish was very clean, tight, and tidy. They were a great crew, and we felt that they took good responsibility for all the details that were in our best interests, and were very up to date in the best practices for this complex job.

Rino and his team were very professional, and went above and beyond to make us happy. They even helped talk to our neighbour in Italian as they were initially reluctant to let us use their right of way for the work. Their itemized quote included everything all inclusive while the other companies we quoted with do not provide for everything. Unfortunately we got charged extra as there was a hidden footing that they had to break through (which would have been an extra with anyone I hired) so I recommend having a contingency budget if you're going to perform this work to an old house. Overall I'm very pleased with their service, communication and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone in need to waterproof their basement.

We could not be more pleased with them! They gave us a very detailed contract, far more lengthy and detailed than any other offers we got, explaining everything, leaving no confusion, with some of the most fair terms and conditions we've seen. They gave us a very fair price for the amount of work that was done. They protected both our and our neighbours' properties with tarps and barriers. They ensured safety by blocking all doors under which the holes were dug. They worked very hard, completed the project in the amount of time expected, cleaned up very well so that everything was left in immaculate condition. They gave us the best and most clearest warranty. They gave us receipts for all our payments. They provided all the requested insurance. Their staff - Rino, Angelo, Paul, and the crew were all very nice to work with. They all treated us kindly and fairly. They kept lines of communication open and gave us regular updates before and during the work. They also found a few problems once they saw our foundation walls, and got them fixed. Watertite offered us the best deal, with the fairest and clearest conditions, by far. So we are very glad we went with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing to get their homes waterproofed. They are one of the best and most trustworthy companies who ever helped us! They also gave us very helpful suggestions for a few more things. So glad we found them! We thank their staff very much!

I’m very pleased with the job Watertite did waterproofing the entire foundation of my 70+ year old home last fall. Rino provided a prompt and very detailed estimate after my initial contact. It covered the entire scope of the work to be done and quoted a very competitive price. His crew started and completed the work on time as scheduled. They worked hard each day, ensured the neighbour’s property was well protected, and kept the site tidy and safe and the end of each day. When the foundation waterproofing was completed they did a good job restoring the portions of my interlock driveway and back patio that were disturbed by the work. There was minimal damage to my soft landscaping which was easily repaired this spring.
We had a good amount of snow, freezing and thawing this winter which normally would result in little rivulets of water running into my basement. This year the basement was completely dry for the first time since I moved here thanks to Watertite.
