We had quite a serious crack in our strata complex concrete and were looking for options. Artisan was contacted for a quote and made some excellent suggestions about the repair that ended up saving us money in the long run and a lot of grief. We had our basement floor lifted 3 years ago as it had dropped 2-3 inches over time.. Artisan did a great job and lifted the floor to its original height. Two years later we noticed the floor began to drop again. Unfortunately the back half of our basement was built on fill without a proper gravel base. Typical spec house. We are also situated 2 blocks from the main CN train line and our house shakes when a train goes by which caused the house to settle further. I called Martin at Artisan after 3 years from the first lift and he sent out his team and they redid the whole job again without any charge. Nothing. They did a great job again and I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone. Their customer service was excellent and they did a first class job. They also stand behind their work and without any questioning backed up their warranty promise.

Left work with crooked front porch and steps and a lifted sidewalk section. Came home to straight porch and sidewalk.
They did an awesome job, they we're fast and efficient. We we're very happy with the results.

When I called Martin about my sunken concrete he came the very next day and after seeing the problem he didn't hesitate to do what was needed to make it right.

Martin was prompt to provide a quote and his advice was sound. I was contacted when a cancellation spot opened up and when I provided the go-ahead, the crews were on-site within 3 hours! The work was completed in the quoted time period and the crew was professional and did good work. I had 3 slabs lifted leading up to my front door as well as the front steps themselves (3 steps bull-nosed concrete) and 3 small slabs outside of my garage side door. There was a minor quote discrepancy due to the amount linear feet of crack repair, but Martin was more than fair and after a brief discussion, the quote was not altered. I had other quotes and I found Artisan to be the fairest priced and seeing the end result, I would not hesitate to recommend Artisan to others looking for similar work. Our sidewalk had sunk about 1.5 inches and our driveway had sunk in several spots. The driveway also had some big cracks. It looked bad from a curb appeal perspective and, more importantly, was a safety issue. Martin Cyr arranged for Artisan's team of technicians to arrive at the agreed upon date and completed the work quickly and professionally. You could tell these guys knew what they were doing. All sunken slabs were raised to even and the cracks were filled and matched as close as possible to the aggregated surface resulting in a level sidewalk and driveway. I would not hesitate to recommend Artisan for their good service.
