Terrible workmanship and service
Gaz and another colleague installed fascia, soffit and window caps on my home after a stucco job at the end of the summer of 2017.
The window caps were badly installed, and NONE of the newly capped windows open properly anymore. I contacted him about this and he immediately generated a series of excuses and refused to come back to fix them unless he has a job in my area (downtown Toronto). He began by blaming my "old" windows, and then proceeded to comfort me by saying that he actually didn’t charge me for the capping (in spite of it being CLEARLY written on the invoice). How any of these excuses support his refusal to assume responsibility is completely beyond me.
This was 10 months ago and he still has not made a visit back to make things right after repeated text messages and phone calls. I am completely fed up and will have to get them adjusted by calling on another company.
Absolutely terrible workmanship and service. I do not recommend this company and I encourage you to spend your money elsewhere.
