I had a Stunning $20,000.00 DURADEK Deck installed off my Master Bedroom. DURADEK CANADA provides a TEN year Warranty on their Product. When I suffered a Flood, the Company that was paid to Install the Deck refused to accept any responsibility for the DURADEK FAILURE. I Hired Engineers to prepare Reports, which I sent to DURADEK CANADA.
I was THRILLED with the way they looked after the problem. They sent A DURADEK Distributor, RAILDEK DISTIBUTION to assess the matter. The Source of the failure was fixed at NO CHARGE. I also received years added to my Warranty.
